About Mark Sanders

Mark started [sanders] - handmadewatchstrap.com after a career of more then 17 years in high-tech product development, project management and commercial management.
With a background in mechanical engineering and mechatronics, working with his mind and hands was always something he required in his professional but also private life. Customising  his motorcycles, with which he won some prizes in Dutch bike shows, are some examples of this. Being a watch-enthusiast and Paneristi, his passion for aesthetically correct products was always dominant in his life. Fashion and style drive him and this can be seen in the high level of quality of the products he developed during his high-tech career, private life and now this continues in his watch straps.
The atelier is located in Waalre, nearby Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Situated in a farmhouse that has its origine in 1830. A true example of Dutch Heritage, where all your [sanders] straps are completely handmade.
